About Us
We are a Family. We are a team of creators, innovators and collaborators who really care about connecting with our clients, vendors and as a team. It is our goal to understand our clients’ personalities and visions to make their dreams a reality through food and design.

Our founder, Veronika Millstid, started Bailey Connor in a small office/storage/kitchen in January 1997 and grew the business through a commitment to excellence.

Bailey Connor is a second-generation family-owned (Mom, Son and Daughter) and operated company. Marsha Millstid (Mom) is the Director of Catering and Events, Timothy Powers (Son) is the Executive Chef and Tessa Yates (Daughter) is the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Marsha has been an entrepreneur for over 31 years prior to acquiring Bailey Connor. Her experience in all phases of business (sales and marketing, financial, and accounting) is beneficial to the day-to-day operations of Bailey Connor.

Timothy served as a chef in the USCG for well over 12 years, receiving many accolades, awards and medals. He then worked as the Executive Chef for Veronika Millstid for several years before the family transition. His passion for cooking and exploring new flavors had been influential in Bailey Connor’s ability to not only elevate traditional cuisines but create new trends. Chef Tim knows the art of story-telling through food by developing recipes and menus that reflect our clients’ visions

Tessa Yates manages sales and marketing operations. Her passion for people and events has allowed our team to grow toward a vision of client success and retention and continue to be known as the best provider of quality catering services in Houston and surrounding areas.
We acquired the business in November 2019, just two months before Covid… We chose to view this particular time as an opportunity to innovate. This period of adversity only strengthened our resolve to serve our clients with creativity and resilience.

Our administrative and culinary staff are the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations. With years of service experience among us and our commitment to providing our clients with memorable events, they are an invaluable extension to the Bailey Connor family. As we continue to grow as the best Houston caterer, we are always thankful for our seasoned staff who have been there through it all and the new staff who are joining our journey.
