Chef Tim Power’s knew he wanted to do something extraordinary from a young age. Little did he know, his love of the culinary arts would launch him into a whirlwind adventure that would lead to an exciting career in the hospitality industry. His love of country and growing desire to travel the world was accomplished through his distinguished service with the United States Coast Guard. He graduated with high honors from the Culinary Institute of America in California.  Chef Tim has cooked his way through Russia, Costa Rica and El Salvador as part of an Elite program where accomplished Chefs exchange their kitchens and make traditional dishes with innovative techniques. As an integral part of our international culinary team Chef Tim is always teaching and explaining culinary techniques to our guests and clients during tastings and presentations.

Sequena Tate

She moved to Houston from St. Louis, Missouri in 2017.  She always had a passion for the hospitality industry from both event planning and catering perspectives. Sequena joined Bailey Connor Catering in the summer of 2019 as the Wedding Catering Manager. She first began to groom her event planning and management skills in 2014. She has had the pleasure of gaining experience from many industry sectors such as the NFL Alumni Association, Oil and Gas Conferences, and Bridal Tradeshows. She likes to make sure all her couples are reassured that she is here to be of service to them and celebrate their love story through food.

My name is Veronika Millstid-Levine. I was born and raised in Germany and grew up in a hospitality environment.

In 1997 I gambled everything on a dream and walked away from a successful hotel marketing career. With only $5,000 in cash and a loan from my 401K, I took the leap and purchased a catering business in Houston. I named my new company after my granddaughter (Bailey) and grandson (Connor). And like my grandchildren, each with their distinct personalities, I was now able to combine amazing foods and styles of presentation, mixed with the distinct traditional European standards of service. These are all qualities handed down to me by my father, a Hotel/Restaurateur, which has to led me to my passion of planning catering events, using my European approach to service and protocol that will be remembered by all in attendance for its exquisite attention to detail.
